Hi — I’m Kori Hamilton Biagas, founder of Just Educators. I’m glad you’re here.

Just Educators grew out of something I witnessed again and again in my work: organizations that genuinely wanted to do right by their people — but didn’t always know how to move from intention to action. I founded this firm to bridge that gap.

With nearly two decades at the intersection of education policy, organizational leadership, and strategic communications, I’ve learned that the most durable change doesn’t happen through a single training or a policy revision. It happens when leaders are moved — when they feel the stakes, name the discomfort, and choose to act anyway.

I meet people where they are. I guide them through the hard conversations — about race, power, equity, and belonging — with honesty, care, and a clear sense of where we’re trying to go. And I stay in it with them, because real change takes time and trust.

I’m honored to work alongside a brilliant, committed group of consultants from across the country. Together, we bring diverse expertise and a shared belief: that justice is for all of us, and this work is worth doing well.
