I’m Kori Hamilton Biagas — award-winning strategist, equity consultant, and the founder of Just Educators.

I’ve spent nearly 20 years translating complex equity, policy, and organizational challenges into clear, actionable frameworks that move people and institutions forward. My career has taken me from the classroom in Los Angeles to national research institutes, policy organizations, and communications firms — giving me a cross-sector fluency that shapes everything I bring to client engagements.

Just Educators was founded out of a conviction that equity work, done well, is both rigorous and relational. It requires the courage to name what isn’t working — and the skill to help organizations build something better. Meeting people where they are, guiding them through discomfort with honesty and respect, and designing strategies that produce measurable outcomes: that’s the work, and it’s the work I love.
